- Users are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the original payment date.
- Refunds will only apply to the first-time subscription or renewal made directly through the Namo Deva App or official payment portal.
2. How to Request a Refund

- Include the following details:
- Registered name and email ID
- Transaction ID or payment receipt
- Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
3. Refund Process
- Upon receiving your request, our support team will verify the details and initiate the refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made after 7 days of payment.
- Payments made through third-party platforms not affiliated with Namo Deva (e.g., app stores or resellers).
- Accounts that violate our Terms of Use or are found engaged in misuse or abuse.
5. Cancellation After 7 Days
- Subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time after the 7-day period, but no refunds will be issued.
- Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
